Essential First Aid Course

We can provide this 3-hour course in person, to a maximum of 12 learners, and this in-house certification is valid for three years. 

It covers:

• Primary Survey (approaching a casualty)
• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
• Recovery Position
• Choking
• Chest Pains
• Bleeding

This is a practical course and does not require the use of PowerPoint. If for any reason you are physically unable to complete any elements of the training as originally planned, adaptations are available in all sections so don’t worry. This will ensure that if a first aid situation happens in real life, you are able and confident to provide the best care, within the limitations of the environment.

We will work with the Clusters to provide one training programme per cluster group per annum and this is free of charge and provided by our own qualified staff member, Sam Cairns.
